What is this growing pink dime-sized bump with black pores on my dog?

so my dog started with a little red bump then it got bigger and lighter today its pink size is as big as a dime it also has black pores im kinda worried and i cant find any thing that looks like would you know what it is. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 73 lbs

This is often differentiated by a test called a fine needle aspirate (FNA) which is a pain free, inexpensive and easy procedure which in most cases will help reach a diagnosis. Sometimes a biopsy is needed for a definitive diagnosis. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. I am really hoping for something benign.
