My kitten is weak, not moving, and looks lost. Is it an emergency?

I need help now, please! Mi cat scaped the last week and she doesn't return. She had 4 kittens the last mont and when she gone I started to care about them. This morning, one of my little kittens started to have a weirdly behavior, and I don't know what to do. He can't move much and has lost look. Please help me, i'm desesperate.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Croshanks needs to go to an Emergency hospital right away!! He looks extremely dehydrated and likely is hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). There is not enough time for you to get Kitten Milk replacer and a bottle to feed this kitten. It likely won't suckle. It needs to be tube fed or put on IV fluids with dextrose. I hope this helps and I wish Croshanks the best!
