Why did my dog vomit a solid, balled-up mass resembling ramen noodles?

My dog puked up what looked like dried ramen noodles balled up it was solid in a shape of a nugget. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 58 lbs

Poor Princess. There is no telling what This could have been. If you can think of anything that she chews on or recent tore up then that could be it. If it looked like noodles all wrapped up, she could have intestinal worms and i would talk to your vet about a dewormer. I would watch her closely. If she stops eating, gets lethargic or continues to vomit or starts having diarrhea, I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to do bloodwork and X-rays if needed and provide her with the appropriate meds to make her feel better. I hope this helps!
