My 8 yr old cat had antibiotic injections for 14 days due to a bladder urinary infection. She had lost a lot If weight before shots but now seems to have a mouth problem she doesn't groom, and now smells. She eats soft food.

The mouth problem is not related to the urinary infection and it's not likely to be related to the antibiotic shot either, you should take her back to your vet to get it checked and treated, she might be suffering from gum inflammation.
