My cat's wound is healed, but should I finish all his antibiotics?

Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | neutered | 7 lbs

Hi, My cat got a puncture wound about a eight days ago i took him to the vets got gave me a a lot of antibiotics tablets to give him.. he has been taking a half a tablet morning and night. the puncture wound is completely gone. but there is quite a few tablets left. should i keep giving him the tablets?

Thanks for visiting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. You should give the tablets for the number of days instructed on the bottle. Typically this is anywhere from 7-10 days. I hope this helps. Best wishes and I am glad your pet Waffles is better.
