Dog nail removal surgery: How long should the bandage stay on?

Hi! My dog just got her nail removed yesterday around 1pm. The vet gave her meds and told us about them but didn't tell us any info about the bandage itself. It's day 2 almost 24 hours since surgery. What do I need to do for her now. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | spayed | 40 lbs
