She may have just had a temporary upset stomach or a hairball. No worries. She will groom herself and get the vomit off. Just continue to monitor her for any decreased appetite, loose stool or lethargy. If she continues to vomit then it’s best to have her examined by your vet to make sure everything is ok. Best wishes and take care.

There are many things that could cause vomiting in an older cat like Grazee, so it's hard to say what might be causing this without more information. The white foam is a common thing to see in vomit when the stomach is empty, so this doesn't indicate anything in particular about the cause. Some possible causes could include a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, a GI problem like pancreatitis or an intestinal obstruction, ingestion of something toxic, or even some type of cancer. If this has been going on for more than 24 hours, or if Grazee is having any other symptoms such as acting lethargic or not wanting to eat, I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam. He/she can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.

Yes, I would definitely take Sophie into the vet again. This vomiting isn't normal and it does need to be diagnosed. This time when she sees the vet, I recommend having blood work and a urinalysis done, and I would ask the vet about maybe having abdominal x-rays done as well. I hope this helps.
