My puppy is sluggish, not eating, and has worms in poop. Help!

Question

I came home and my puppy which is usually very energetic was laying in one spot and barely moving, he wags his tail and all but he hasn't eaten any of his food all day. There is worms in his fecis and his stomach is sunk in and he is also very sluggish. Can anyone help me to find out what is wrong please? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

First of all if you have found worms in his feces, that could be the reason for the symptoms, you should get him dewormed first thing. if deworming him does not solve the problem you will need to take him to the vet as he may be suffering from a bacterial/viral infection.
