Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 10 years and 11 months old | 10 lbs
My 11 year old indoor only cat threw up brown liquid this morning then later urinated and defecated on the side of the bed which is completely out of character for her. She then ate more dry food and is now sleeping. No change in diet or environment. She has lived with 2 other cats her entire life who both seem fine. She was fixed 9 years ago and has all her vaccines. They are both fixed and vaccinated and close in age. I'm currently observing her behavior. Should I be worried?

Wednesday could be having many different issues that could range from a virus to pancreatitis. I would try to feed her a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice. Make sure she is drinking water and observe her for any further vomiting/diarrhea or lethargy. If she is continuing to be sick tomorrow, I would recommend to take her into the vet for an exam and some bloodwork. The doctor can also give her medicine to help her feel better. Best of luck with Wednesday!
