When a pet has diarrhea for more than 24 hours, it is time for a trip to the vet. At this point, it's not recommended to use any home remedies, and medical care is required. I would take Poppy into the vet right away. Diarrhea could be caused by GI illness, intestinal worms, a sudden change in diet, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. The vet can diagnose what is causing the diarrhea, and can treat it. Poppy may need IV fluids for hydration as well.

Unfortunately at this point in time, there's nothing you can do at home. Whenever a puppy has diarrhea for more than 24 hours, it's time to see a vet to get it treated. Please take Otis into a vet today.
