Jack vomited yesterday when he ate tuna in water but ate again later normally (boiled chicken and his favorite friskies food), today he looks very lazy and ate a little bit, i offered him his favorite food and didnt eat he just wants to sleep. (Its very cold here so he is sleeping in warmth) should i be worried?

If Jack hasn't had tune in water before, then this new food could have upset his stomach. His stomach may still be queasy from vomiting the day before, and he simply may not want to eat a lot due to that. It's good that he ate a little, and I would not worry just yet. Should he not want to eat at all tomorrow, then I would take him into the vet for a health check.

You are welcome! Thank you for more information about Jack. A different brand of tuna could have upset his stomach, as there will likely be different ingredients. Even that small a switch can cause stomach upset. It's good that he did eat at least once today, and I would leave the food out for him to eat as he pleases. He could be sleeping under the sheets because it is cold out, or he could be feeling a little ill from vomiting and an upset stomach. I would leave out some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) for him to eat, as it does help settle an upset stomach, and as I said on your previous post, if he still seems off tomorrow and not eating, then I would take him into the vet for a health check.
