Prognosis for pulmonary edema secondary to electrocution is extremely guarded. We often try diuretics (which is what I assume they have put Nova on) but it's not very effective at removing fluid from the lungs when it accumulates due to electrocution injury. Honestly, the most helpful therapy is to provide supplemental oxygen while the injury heals. This should be done in the least stressful manner possible, preferably in an oxygen cage in the hospital where supplemental oxygen can be blown into the cage to increase the relative oxygen content of the air there. My best wishes for Nova.

IT's impossible for me to know if she will be OK without checking her and seeing the full history, the main concern with electrocution is usually the lung damage and fluids built up in the lungs, the next few days will be crucial.
