My cat is hiding after I fell on her. Is she okay or injured?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 9.5 lbs

I am 80 pounds and fell on my cat she is hiding underneath my bed but seems ok could she be hurt?

You may have just startled her by falling on her, and she is hiding because she is scared. If she starts limping, becomes lethargic, or stops eating and drinking, then she likely was hurt from the trauma, and I would take her into the vet for an exam.

    She is so cute. If she is able to walk and comfortable, you can monitor her while keeping her rested to heal. Otherwise, if it appears she needs pain medications, or if there are any wounds, then I would recommend taking her in.
