1 year old Female Unspayed Maltese has bright red blotches around her 2 lower nipples. Has been in heat for the first time a week ago. Never is around other dogs or cats, uses pee pad indoors 90% of the time. No new food. What could be going on? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 3 lbs
