My puppy has lepto and isn't improving. How long until she recovers?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 11 days old | 35 lbs

My puppy has lepto...been on doxi and amoxicillan for 3 day..shes not getting better..she drinking and peeing but no food or pooping. How long b4 I see any type of improvement?

I'm sorry Sadie has lepto! Recovery often takes two to four weeks, and because it is such a serious disease that wipes out a dog physically, it will take longer to see any kind of improvement. I would give it at least two weeks, and if you still aren't seeing any kind of improvement, I would take her back into the vet. Please keep in mind that having lepto doesn't make her immune to future reinfection, so when she recovers from this and is health again, I would get her vaccinated against it.
