5-week puppy tummy upset: How much dry kibble? Should I soak it?

I have a 5 week old orphaned puppy who I have had for a week. I have been feeding her formula in the mornings but this seems to upset her tummy. In the afternoons she has been eating puppy kibble which she copes with and results in her stomach settling better. I have 3 questions. 1. Should I continue with the formula if it is upsetting her stomach? 2. How much kibble should I be giving her? 3. Should the kibble be soaked in water if she can cope with eating it dry? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 13 days old | 1.7 lbs

She is old enough to be on kibble only ad long as it is a complete puppy kibble and dry is also ok as long as she drinks sufficient water. Every brand is different but should have a feeding guide for amount per age and weight
