Hi, My dog vomited 4 times last night and today she vomited again and now she's barely walking, eating, drinking her water, shivering at times and opening her mouth /heavy breathing. Is she sick?

This not good . It appears Chiquita is in respiratory distress and that is always an emergency. Please take her to an emergency room (Pet ER) right away. The signs are too unspecific to pinpoint a cause over the internet. The vet will want to do blood tests and a chest x-ray to determine why Chiquita can't breathe normally and is weak.

Yes, Chiquita is extremely sick based on her symptoms, and she needs to see an emergency vet right away. She does need medical treatment now, and I would take her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.
