I just found a bird on the side walk. It's alive on its back but not moving I picked it up an lifted its limbs and let go and they are just flopping down again. I can't see external damage. When I apply gentle pressure to its chest and I feel A little click an I don't know what to do please help soon.

You should take it to a wildlife rescue, but I am afraid it will likely die. You can try warming it up in a shoe box with a warm water bottle (or put warm water in plastic water bottle. But it is probably not savable. This is "survival of the fittest". Nature is cruel.
