I have a female cat she is 1.3 years old she mate 2 week ago and after then several times but she is not getting pregnant when why she is not getting pregnant

Sometimes a mating doesn't take, and the cat doesn't get pregnant. It could also be due to a health problem, such as an infection of the uterus called a pyometra. I would take her into the vet for an exam to make sure she is healthy. Cats go into heat multiple times a year, so if she didn't get pregnant this time, she could possibly get pregnant her next heat.
