Is 3 months of Udiliv enough to improve my dog's liver health?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year old

As said udiliv help in improving bile and after completing course if still there is problem liver enzymes will shown in test so then doctor told me to continue this udiliv for 3 months and in 3 months bile will improve and makes everything healthier and ok as it used tonne b cause 3 months bile flow will be good and will be cells will be regenerated then after 3 months whenever I go for test then test will come in range only is that true ?

Veterinarians use medications like udiliv to treat liver disease and certain gallstones. It helps with regeneration of healthy liver tissue and some dogs stay on the medication long term. Your vet may want to keep your dog on the medication for 3 months and then recheck his bloodwork to see the improvement. If his liver values stay down after coming off the medication than he doesn't need it any longer. If not, he may need to stay on it long term.
