Why is my dog throwing up blood but still eating and acting normal?

My dog is throwing up blood. She is eating well drinking well . She is about four years old has had all shots( boosters) she is completely utd on shots. She is Spayed. Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 years and 11 months old | 30 lbs

Throwing up blood is a very serious concern and could be caused from an upper respiratory bleed (the dog swallows blood from that and then regurgitates it), an injury in his mouth or throat or a bleeding ulcer. Please take Missy to a vet right away for an exam.
