New adopted German Shepherd won't eat or pee. What should I do?

I just adopted a 6 year old german Shepard. He hasn't ate or peed all day

Congrats on your new dog! Moving into a home is stressful for a dog, and that could cause Issac to not want to eat or pee. I would try to tempt him to eat by soaking his dry dog food in gently warmed low sodium beef or chicken broth, or by offering him some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts. If by tomorrow he still isn't peeing or eating, then I would take him into the vet for a health check.
