My 12-day-old puppy is weak, bloated, and seems to be dying. Help!

I have a puppy that is 12 days old. It has a bloated stomach and is very weak. We have been feeding it powdered formula and have it on a heating pad. What do I do? I am afraid the dog is going to die. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 15 days old | 0.2 lbs

I'm very sorry this puppy is so sick! Newborn puppies are extremely fragile, and when they are sick, they have to see a vet immediately. She needs medical treatment from a vet right away for her best chance of survival, and I would take her into one now.
