What is this soft bump near my Yorkie's tail? Hernia or emergency?

My 11 year old female yorkie has kennel cough and now I've noticed a soft bump on her left side next to her tail. Is this an emergency? Is it a hernia? Can it resolve on its own? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 11 years old | 6.6 lbs

It is really difficult to say whether this is a hernia without seeing the lump. I would just recommend monitoring the lump for now to see if it resolves on its own over the next 4-7 days.
