My dog has a pimple with a hair on its belly. Is it an ingrown hair?

Chloe has a spot on her lower belly that looks like a pimple. It also has a hair in the middle of it. Not sure if this is an ingrown hair or what else it could be.

It could be a small pustule, cyst, or mass. If it persists than you could have your vet take a look at it to determine the cause. Your vet can do a needle aspirate to help diagnose and then determine if treatment is needed.
