My cat accidentally drank water with dissolved alkaseltzer in it and wanted to know how severe it can be. Pet's info: Cat | Oriental | Male | neutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 7 lbs

You need to take Kylo into a vet immediately, as this is a medical emergency. Alka-Seltzer contains aspirin as it's main ingredient, which can be toxic to cats. Given that you cannot know how much of the Alka-Seltzer he ingested, it's best he's seen by a vet now for treatment.
