Why is my dog throwing up for days, including white chunks and grass?

The previous 2 days my 5yr old lab/Aussie shepherd mix has thrown up once both days. It was just dig food. Today she threw up several times and at one point it was white chunks. She also the up a lot of grass. Do I need to take her in or is there something i can give her? What could be making her sick like this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 5 years and 7 months old | 55 lbs

I would take Lady into a vet. When a dog has been vomiting for more than 24 hours, then it is time to seek medical attention. This vomiting could be caused by a GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. Please take her into a vet now.
