I've a baby cockatiel who was born on the 27 of November but he doesn't grow up , whenever I check him ,I find his vesicle is full of food which means that his father feeds him but still doesn't grow up and always puts his head down and goes under his other siblings

If your cockatiel isn't seeming to thrive, isn't progressing like his siblings, or appears weak/sickly it is best to seek veterinary care. It is possible there is something making him ill or preventing him from growing, or he may be the "runt" of the clutch. An avian vet can check for illness and can recommend treatments such as additional feedings of baby bird formula to help him grow if he isn't getting enough.

Thanks for reaching out about your cockatiel. Sounds as if he/she needs to see a veterinarian immediately. Impossible to give you a diagnosis over the internet, but trauma, toxicity, malnutrition, infections are all possibilities. Good luck.
