This is not a problem. Brother-sister matings are non uncommon in birds and it is unlikely that there will be any genetic defects. As a matter of fact, inbreeding is often used as a way to improve or propagate certain desirable traits. Of course undesirable traits can be increased this way also, but I would not be too concerned.
