My guinea pig's tongue is trapped and can't eat. Vet closed, what now?

The thing is if a guinea pig has got a tounge trapped under a tooth and it could be a holiday no vets open, and the guinea pig is not eating by him shelf and having trouble swallowing and maybe Is willing to eat and TRYS to then can't because tongue is trapped and panics then Can't swoller it and then could go in lungs or choke etc, so hhow are you meant to keep them alive and stop their distive system shutting down and going down that slippy slopes of bloat ect while the vets are shut.

IF the tongue is trapped you need to take him to the vet urgently as she cannot swallow properly and can choke on the food you force feed her. Vets are open today in the UK as normal so I would recommend taking her ASAP.

The guinea pig may not be able to swallow properly so it should be examined by a vet instead of trying to feed him/her. More than likely, the guinea pig will not want to eat so he/she should not choke. If it happens than just get the guinea pig to a vet for treatment.
