Why is my Shiba Inu puppy shaking one ear, even if it looks clean?

Hello, my Shiba Inu 6 month old pup, just started shaking her ears really bad recently. It's just her left ear. They r super clean and not red at all. She tilts this ear down and when she walks she shakes it all the time like something is in it. I've messed with it and she doesn't mind it and she doesn't itch it. Just shakes. Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 6 days old | 15 lbs

Poor Khloe! It sounds like something in that ear is definitely bothering her. Even if there is nothing visible from the outside, she may have a foreign body such as a stick or piece of grass stuck down inside the ear canal, or a deep infection that can't be seen easily. I would recommend taking her to the vet for a check-up - he/she can look down inside the ear canal with an otoscope to check for any problems.
