Why does my dog have bleeding lumps, sores, and ear infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 9 years and 10 months old | 22 lbs

I moved into a flea & tick infested place, house definitely rid of but my 9yr weeny has developed BAD LUMPS THAT KEEP GROWING UNTIL THEY START BLEEDING (BACK) LARGE RED ROTTING SORES ON HIS BELLY, LINKS HIS PENIS AFTER PEES LIKE IT'S IRRITATED, CONSTANTLY TRYING TO CHEW THESE LUMPS, HIS BOTTOM SIDE TAIL NEAR ANUS HAS SORES AND HE HAS HORRIBLE EAR INFECTION, DOC HAS GIVEN MULT EAR MED UNTIL I DEMANDED ONE FOR MITES, WHICH I THINK WE BOTH HAVE & HE GOT WORMS,(TAPE) &VET SAYS JUST HAIRFOLLICLE HELP

Poor guiness! I strongly recommend you seek referral to a dermatologist in order to fully explore the extent of his injuries, it is likely a severe infection has developed in the skin damaged by itching or allergies or he may also have contracted mange. Skin scrapes or a biopsy may be required to investigate further and he will likely need both oral and topical medications
