12 yr old Jack Russel Terrier with two marble sized nodules palpated throat, under jaw bilaterally. He is sneezing frequently and and occasionally making snoring sounds. No problems eating/drinking. What could these symptoms indicate?

These may be swollen lymph nodes or an enlarged thyroid gland. This could cause snoring. He could have a chronic upper respiratory infection also, which can in turn cause the lymph nodes to swell. You should have this examined by your veterinarian.
