My 12-yr-old dog has neck lumps, sneezing, and snoring. What's wrong?

12 yr old Jack Russel Terrier with two marble sized nodules palpated throat, under jaw bilaterally. He is sneezing frequently and and occasionally making snoring sounds. No problems eating/drinking. What could these symptoms indicate? Pet's info: Dog | Parson Russell Terrier | Male | 11 years and 11 months old | 15.5 lbs

These may be swollen lymph nodes or an enlarged thyroid gland. This could cause snoring. He could have a chronic upper respiratory infection also, which can in turn cause the lymph nodes to swell. You should have this examined by your veterinarian.
