What are these dark growing bumps on my puppy's back after parasites?

My puppy recently has worms,ticks, and fleas she is clean of all of the above. Now she has these dark bumps on her back and they keep growing. Please help me find out what it is and how I can help it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 5 days old

The bumps could be leftover reaction from her parasites, even a skin infection. The best thing is to get her seen by your vet for an exam and possibly a skin scrape to determine why she has these bumps and how best to treat them.
