My pug's leg has a bleeding spot. Should I see a vet or treat at home?

My pug has a little spot on the bottom of his leg and when something touches it is pops with blood any advice? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 6 months old

It could be a skin infection. You could soak his paw in a warm Epsom salt solution and see if that helps. Otherwise, he needs to be examined by a vet for treatment. He may need an antibiotic and/or corticosteroid to help treat.
