Why is my senior Cavalier dog with DCM falling and sleeping all day?

My 10 years old Cavalier with DCM and eventual high BP on cardisure 05mg /kg and 5 mg Enalapril.Sleeps all day long Follows me everywhere but falls. Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 10 years and 2 months old

Best to have her checked over as falling over could be due to her heart condition. In the meantime try to keep her calm and confined to an aerea, just in case it is something related to her heart condition, we don' t want her to overdo it by following you around the house.
