If the symptoms are due to the low blood pressure (hypo-tension), she could potentially start perking up and be more active. The high blood pressure readings could also be the cause of her being tired, but if it started to be more obvious after the treatment started then it could be the medications. Either her body needs to get used to the medications or maybe the dosage reduced.
