My dog ate garlic Cesar salad and is weak. What should I do?

Nemoy got into a Cesar salad that was left out. Could have eaten up to 2 cups but we're unsure. There was a lot of dressing and it's very garlicy. He seems very weak 3 1/2 hours later. Whining like he's in pain, seems like he's not feeling well, won't stand, and he's not even interested in water. Is this something that should pass? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 9 months old | 145 lbs

No, this is not something that will pass. Garlic is toxic to dogs, and lethargy and weakness are signs of toxicity which Nemoy is showing. This is a medical emergency, and he needs to see a vet immediately. Please take him into an ER vet now.
