My 4-year-old dog is not eating, losing balance, and very sleepy. Why?

Have a collie 4 years old has not been eating has had problems with balance and standing last two days just wants to sleep. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 65 lbs

Poor Harry! It's not normal that a three year old dog is having problems with balancing and standing. He could have a problem with his hips, spine, and/or hindlimbs causing him pain, which would also keep him from wanting to eat. I would take Harry into the vet today for an exam.
