It may take some time for her to accept him. If she is being aggressive toward him than you should not allow them to be together unsupervised, espeically around feeding time or any toys/bones that she may protect. Give her extra attention, praise, and treats while the puppy is around so she knows he is not there to replace her. You could also try an Adaptil collar or diffuser and see if that helps. If she doesn't start accepting him than you could talk to your vet about trying an anti-anxiety medication, like Prozac or Trazodone and see if that helps.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your question. Typically time and a gradual introduction help acclimatize pets to each other. I would recommend keeping the two separate for the next 2-3 weeks and gradually increase the time they are around each other over this period. During this period when they are not together, I would place items from each dog with the other dog. For example, a blanket that the puppy has been sleeping with is put near Tuxedo to get him used to the smell of the new puppy. You can do the same with toys as well. I would also recommend using an Adaptil collar for Tuxedo to help reduce any anxiety or stress associated with having a new puppy in the house. You can find this collar online or at your local pet store quite easily. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
