What to do if my 40-day-old Labrador puppy isn't eating or drinking?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 1 month and 14 days old | 3.307 lbs

Hi I am having a 40 days old labrador puppy.? He is not eating or drinking anything. Yesterday i gave him some egg and after it he is not eating at all . He not even drink's milk .pls tell me that what should i give him . I recommended the vet and he told me to only give him 7ml gripe water .Is this sufficent for him only 7ml after every 2 hour pls tell fast ? And what is the reason for this illness

I cannot know for sure what is the reason for his illness, if I had to guess it's probably a viral infection, you need to get him to the vet ASAP, he probably needs antibiotic treatment and fluid therapy.
