How to get my IBD cat to eat meds, gain weight, and improve appetite?

My Maine coon manx has IBD. Need consistent way to feed him his food, Rx, and gain weight. Budesonide and Gabapentin daily, tastes awful ands tuna allergy. Any suggestions to help appetite. Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | 10 years and 7 months old | 11.1 lbs
