How to get my IBD cat to eat meds, gain weight, and improve appetite?

Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | 10 years and 7 months old | 11.1 lbs

My Maine coon manx has IBD. Need consistent way to feed him his food, Rx, and gain weight. Budesonide and Gabapentin daily, tastes awful ands tuna allergy. Any suggestions to help appetite.

His teeth will also need to be checked as sometimes cats will not eat well when they have tartar and gingivitis. Warming up his food will also make it more palatable.
