Poor Rebel! If he's not able to walk at all, this is very serious. He may have ingested something toxic, or he could have a herniated disc in his neck or back causing paralysis. I would recommend having him examined by a vet immediately, as the sooner he is diagnosed and treated, the better chance there is that he will recover. Your vet can do a complete neurologic exam to help pinpoint the problem, and may also do blood work and x-rays to help determine what's wrong.

IT is definitely time for further investigations - a CSF tap of the fluid around his spine as well as x-rays or MRI may be recommended in order to identify any infection, inflammation and spinal disk issues which are contributing to his symptoms. If there is no movement or response to deep pain in the limbs this is a very serious situation and may not be reversible - I recommend referral to a neurologist in order to assess all possible treatment options and likely outcomes.
