Why is my dog's stomach bloated after deworming? Is it normal?

My dog was given a de wormer today. They didn't really tell me how he was gunna react. But I've noticed that he wants to eat a lot more and very fast but when he does he gets very very bloated. His stomach becomes like a huge ball. I was just want to make sure he's gunna be okay and how the de wormer should effect him. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2.2 lbs

Deworming can cause an upset stomach for about 24 hours, it's not uncommon at all, Rambo might even experience vomiting, try not to give him more food than he usually has though as he could get too bloated.
