has had prior CaOx surgery. gets lots of water but lately urine flow has gotten a little thinner. he's still able to fully void. uropulsion asap or..? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Male | neutered | 7 years and 10 months old

It is likely that Charlie has new bladder stones. While this may not be urgent as long as he is able to urinate, I suggest you have him x-rayed again to see the size of the stones and whether they may be able to pass through the urethra.
