My cat came home with wet bum, poo, and acting strange. What's wrong?

My cat went away for a few hours and she came back with poo on her tail and her whole Bum was soaking wet but no where else was and she isn't acting herself she's not reacting to anything , what could this be. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 1 day old

Poor Keanu! It could be that she may have been attacked when she was outside, or she could have fallen in a puddle causing her bum to be wet. Because she isn't acting normally, I would take her into the vet now for exam. It's a good idea to have her examined to make sure she is ok both externally and internally.
