My dog's eye swelling won't go away after antibiotics. What's wrong?

my dog has some swelling just between the eyes. he got anti biotics and the swelling went down a bit but the swelling is still there. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 40 lbs

If Gucci had a skin infection the swelling could take some time to resolve. If you have already finished antibiotics and the swelling is not completely gone I'd recommend making a recheck appointment with your veterinarian. It is possible that he needs antibiotics for a longer period of time, or that some more testing needs to be performed to determine what the swelling is.
