Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 10 lbs
My 2 year old cat is dry heaving, coughing, and wheezing for the past 48 hours. I went to the vet earlier today and no fever, lungs and airway was clear and normal heartbeat. Also, no runny eyes or liquid coming up either. I have a couple of 30 second videos now of what my cat does that I can forward or attach somehow. Can someone tell me how to help my kitty?

Poor cat. It is possible that kitty has asthma. A chest x-ray is useful in diagnosing this condition or any condition that is affecting the lungs, which is highly probable in Shadow's case. Yes you can share a video through a private consultation. Just send the request through and we will be more than happy to help!

I'm wondering if your vet gave him any treatment at all, I would suspect feline asthma, it's quite common and the symptoms fit. In order to diagnose it you will need to have an xray done, for treating it your vet will need to give Shadow a steroid injection. You can upload the videos to youtube and share the links either in the forum or through a private consultation, that would be the preffered way.
