Yorkie puppy acting scared and snapping after vaccine shots?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2.8 lbs

My 4 month yorkie just got his last rounds of vaccines. He also got the rabies shot. When we got home, his behavior immediately changed. He was terrified to walk around the apartment, which he usually loves. He literally stopped in his tracks. He's very distant and he just snapped at my older yorkie. What happened to him?

I am assuming he is having an adverse reaction to one of the vaccines, it tends to be more common when both vaccines are given at the same time, which I do not recommend to do in the future, he is probably in pain, either at the site of vaccination or somewhere else, you might want to contact your vet if he is really bad as he may need some pain killers for the next couple days.
