Why is my cat having diarrhea and acting restless with back twitching?

My 7 month old cat at 4 am was running around the house like a crazy car meowing and having diarrhea all over the house especially on our pillows right by our heads when we were sleeping. Every time she walks around too, her back twitches and then she bites/licks it really fast and she's like antsy. I don't know why or how to get her to stop. Please help me. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 lbs

Poor Missy it sounds like she has a really bad tummy upset. For the time being, if she is still bright and alert and eating, I would recommend to keep her confined to an area , for example bathroom, with litter tray and food. This will prevent further accidents around the house. If you have a feacal sample pot , collect a poo sample. Offer some bland food such as plain boiled chicken or plain tuna in water. She could have some probiotic paste, licenced for cats, if you stock any indoors. As soon as your vet it' s open I would get her checked over. If she seems lethargic, best to have her seen sooner at your local emergency clinic.
